Drinking my way to glory....!!!

Though its a pretty common scenario in every bachelor's life, I find it comical at each instance. Every time I get a hangover in the morning I promise myself , 'I wouldn't dare to touch alchohol ever in my life'.... but I have noticed that the promises have increased exponentially...!!! And I am sure all those drinking brothers out there might have sweared on your lives each time you puked after drinking...!!! And last weekend was one such helluva weekend....!!! It started with friday night with 2 full bottles of Sharktooth vodka ( Wowwww..... but weird name) and a bacardi reserva each, then by saturday afternoon I hopped onto Royal Challenge Whisky, and by saturday evening it was dhikchik...dhikchik Stones Pub, with God knows how many pitchers of beer that drained in and Sunday night again it was Bacardi night.....!!!

There's a friend of mine called Srini, who says whenever he is drunk he tends to type in very fluently, but ask me...... at that stature I would prefer banging my head on the keyboard ,than fluent typing....!!!

Ask me why I wrote this blog, argghhhhhh...... actually who cares....I mean who knows....!!!

But dear brothers and sisters of McDowells and Old Monk....Saturdays come....saturdays go....but the hangover stays.....!!! So keep drinking....enjoy life and be merry...!!!!

Conversations....!!!

I found the below conversations really funny, i donno how many of you agree with me or find it funny.But the people who know the below mentioned "chapters" ( people) would get the fun and the pun.

Scene 1

There was this very famous chapter in our room called "thavi" dhanu whose sole mode of survival was with his tongue ( No "pun" intended). By the way he was the sole entertainment quotient in the room. So the scene is 'Madurai' asks our 'Thavi' to get barotta from the road side shop. So here is the dialogue between Thavi and shop owner:

Thavi: Boss barotta irukka... :-)) !!! ( with his trademark smile)

Shop Owner: Illa sar, barotta mudinchu pochu...!!!

Thavi: appo oru mutta barotta parcel...!!!

Shop Owner: (Starts scratching his head with a wiered look) .... so do the rest of the people in the shop.....!!!

Scene 2

Leka asks our "Daddy" character Prakash, to check the petrol in his bike by shaking it, so that you can make out by the sound of the petrol in the tank.

So Leka calls Sottai , shakes the bike and says:

Leka: dei sottaya sound varutha paaru....!!!

Sottayan goes near the bike places his ear near the petrol tank and BLOWS THE HORN.... and replies....!!!!

Sottayan: Mmmm.....vaeruthu...machieeeee......!!!!

You should have the seen the look on Leka's face..!!!

Scene 3

There was this chapter in our college called 'nakki' , he was famous for the word games he used to play. That is, when ever you ask him a question, the Probaility of you getting an answer remotely related to your question, is YET TO BE DERIVED....!!!

So once we see our Nakki standing at Hope College bus stop, so Muthuraj tells us to, just watch nakki with the kind of answer he gives. So kedayan goes to Nakki and asks:

Kedayan: Dei nakki, saaptiyada.....!!!

Nakki: Dei sema vaeiyyil da, bus'e vara mattaenguthu..... :-)) !!!

Kedayan looks at us with the blurred look...!!!

Scene 4

Recently I happened to go to Mysore with my friend Leka. Once we entered the Mysore Palace, I said to Leka " Machi, it would have been good if we get a tea now..."

and Leka's reply: Machie dont worry da, there is a tea shop inside the palace, next to the place where they have kept the Maharaja's sword...!!!

Me: Just started smiling, thinking about his crude sense of humour...gawd tea shop inside the palace building !!!

Then Leka did something unimaginable. He actually started searching for the tea shop inside the palace building and started cursing the palace authorities for not maintaining a tea shop inside.....!!!

PS: FYKI people, the tea shop here refers to the normal "tea kadai" , not anywhere near to coffee shops...!!!

This time I confirmed again , that Leka's blood group is "Tea +ve".

Welcome Maga...!!!

I am happy to start blogging for the four reasons which still amuse me. They are,one I can see the weirdest of my thoughts displayed on screen , two I can crib less to my friends , three I can share my thoughts only to people who are interested in my thoughts and four......aaarrrgh........................nevermind............!!!

Okay , the fourth reason is because the girl in my life thinks that I am kind of crippled or mentally retarded when it comes to writing..... !!! This is just an attempt to prove her wrong....!!! I repeat it, this is just an ATTEMPT to prove her wrong....!!!
